Before your workout: Sip water 20–30 minutes before class to prep your body.

During your workout: Take small, steady sips to stay energized and connected.

After your workout: Rehydrate to help with recovery and keep that post-class glow.


Add a slice of lemon, cucumber, or a splash of coconut water if you want to make it fancy. Hydration is self-care, and your body deserves that extra love.
