Warm-Up (5–10 Minutes)

Start with light cardio to get your heart rate up and muscles ready for action. Jog in place, do jumping jacks, or hop on a stationary bike if you have one. Follow with dynamic stretches like leg swings, lunges, and hip circles to loosen up and prepare your body for a killer glute-focused session.

Tone and strengthen your lower body with these power-packed moves:

  1. Squats (3 sets of 12 reps)Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart. Lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then push back up.

  2. Lunges (3 sets of 12 reps per leg)Step forward with one foot, bend both knees to lower until your back knee nearly touches the floor. Push through your front heel to return to standing.

  3. Deadlifts (3 sets of 12 reps)Hold a pair of weights or a barbell with feet shoulder-width apart. Keeping your back straight, hinge at the hips and lower the weights down. Stand back up by driving through your heels.

  4. Glute Bridges (3 sets of 12 reps)Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat. Squeeze your glutes as you lift your hips towards the ceiling, then lower back down.

  5. Hip Thrusts (3 sets of 12 reps)Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat. Place your hands behind your glutes for support. Lift your hips up towards the ceiling, squeezing your glutes at the top, then lower back down.
