This is a soundbath session that uses intuitive sound healing techniques to balance and restore emotional harmony. Our practitioner uses crystal sound bowls to emit charged frequency into client’s energy field in order to rebalance and revitalize your mind and body.

We will start with a 30 minute Stretch session (movement and stretch) and then move into our 1 hour sound bath with Daslyn.

You will need a comfortable mat. You can bring a pillow for your head or blankets to pad your mat as we will be lying on the floor during our soundbath.
