"Doing choreography in heels is nice, but being able to create the most beautifulmmoments in heels is more powerful and sexy than all of the dance moves and stamina ever thought of combined into one.

This workshop is 2 hours and focuses on the following points all geared towards assisting with the execution of this “Sensual Seduction” Movement:

§ Intention, Motivation, and Purpose behind the movement

§ Alternative Conditioning & Active Flexibility

§ Injury Prevention through explanations of proper ways to maneuver in heels at different speeds with modifications based on the movement that best suit each individuals’ physical abilities and health needs

§ Intricate breakdowns for all levels of movement done in heels (based on available dance floor space) to learn and choose from based on each individual’s personal dance vocabulary

§ Standing and Grounded Dance Heels/Floorwork Combos

§ Performance tips for the Club, TV & Film along with Intimate, Public, and Private Performances"
