This class explores sexy dance and sensual movement. You will record your movement from different angles during class. We will have different stations and you will position your camera in each station to catch a specific point of view.

TO BRING:

• A fully CHARGED cell phone with ample storage space - We will be recording all of our dancing!! If you have any doubt in your phone battery lasting through class, bring a charger.
• Water - we are going to be doing a lot of dancing, let's stay hydrated.

TO WEAR:

Whatever you feel comfortable in! If that's a pair of sweats, wear that! If that's a g-string, wear that! Again, there will be lots of dancing and recording going on. We want to feel comfortable enough to be able to dance in our outfits, while also remembering you are going to have a lot of recordings to watch. So, liking your outfit could be beneficial! I typically recommend layers so you can use skin stick when you want to, and pants for sliding when you want to.
