About this event Tantra is the practice of bringing your mind, body, and spirit together to be more focused, gain a better understanding of yourself and form a better connection to your partner(s). It is an exchange that is used both to promote relaxation and to create a more intimate connection between partners though rhythmic breathing and sharing energy. In this workshop, we’ll introduce vinyasa yoga for couples and explore how Tantra can improve your body awareness, your sex, trauma and relationships.
