This workshop is hybrid series that explores sensual sequences and prompts. Prepare to dance, connect to your senses, as well as to others in class. This is both a progressions & prompt class. Students should bring something to write down notes.Recording your own movement is encouraged in this workshop. Wear something that makes you feel your version of sexy. (optional)
