1. A submitted application does not imply acceptance. All applicants will be notified as to the status of their application no later than  April 8, 2023.
2. Only one vendor or business allowed per booth.
3. Any vendor who misrepresents the content or intent of their booth will be asked to leave the event area, with NO Refund.
4. Only products approved by IAMSEXYFIT will be allowed to be sold at the event.
5. Vendors must provide all their own props and equipment; to include tables, weights and tie-downs for securing tents.
6. All booth spaces will be indoors.
7. Booth set-up must be completed and ready to sell by 6:00 pm (Vendor may arrive as early as 5:00 p.m.). The estimated event 6:30pm to 9pm.
8. Vendors are responsible for the clean-up of their areas at the conclusion of the event. Booths must remain open and shall not be dismantled prior to the event's end. After the event, all merchandise must be packed and the booth completely disassembled before vehicles will be allowed into the event area for loading and departure.
9. In case of inclement weather IAMSEXYFIT will inform vendors if the event will be rescheduled. The event is RAIN or SHINE unless otherwise stated.
10. Knives, firearms, fireworks, weapons, or other dangerous items MAY NOT be displayed  or offered for sale.
11. No smoking is permitted.

Terms & Conditions

I hereby apply for booth space for sale purposes for IAMSEXYFIT , “SINFULLY SWEET”. Having done so, I hereby agree to abide by all rules and regulations previously set forth in this application. I further understand that failure to abide by said rules will result in my being removed from the event and I will not be invited nor included in future events sponsored IAMSEXYFIT in  Stonecrest, GA. and/or any other city or county in the State of Georgia municipal or state, and its agents, employees, and representatives thereof, assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her/their personal effects, including goods for sale occurring on the premises or arising under IAMSEXYFIT  activities and said exhibitors agree, contest, and acknowledge to hold IAMSEXYFIT harmless for any injury or loss. I have read and fully understand all the rules and guidelines of IAMSEXYFIT. I further understand that the approval of this application will be subject to the decision by IAMSEXYFIT. By paying the $50 vendor fee, the applicant agrees to all terms and conditions specified above.
