Ultimate Sound Bath Event with Daslyn

This is a soundbath session that uses intuitive sound healing techniques to balance and restore emotional harmony. Practitioner uses crystal sound bowls to emit charged frequency into client’s energy field in order to rebalance and revitalize. 

We will start our session with a 30 minute Sultry Stretch session (movement and stretch) and then move into our 1 hour sound bath session with Daslyn.

You will need a comfortable mat. You can bring a pillow for your head or blankets to pad your mat as we will be lying on the floor during our soundbath.
