About the event
Join Sahar Michaelle for a chance to slow down, explore your sensuality, and reconnect with yourself through movement.
Let curiosity lead as you move with the pole, connect with your sacral energy, and give your playful side room to come out. There’s space to try something new, feel a little awkward, and discover what feels good in your body.
No dance or pole experience needed. No pressure to perform. Come with an open mind and permission to be yourself.
Come exactly as you are. Let your body show you what’s possible.
